Due to technical difficulties relating to the audio and video equipment utilized during the June 30, 2022, Special Board of Elections Meeting, the Microsoft Teams call-in and virtual engagement participation options were impacted. Once it was determined that that the issue could not be rectified in a timely manner, the Board of Elections staff utilized an alternative device to begin an audio recording for the remainder of the meeting. While this recording does not cover the full duration of the meeting, it begins at approximately the one-hour mark, it contains most of the discussion related specifically to the procedural and substantive review of the protest.
