Filing for Office

Candidate Filing for the 2022 Statewide Primary Election will resume on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 8:00 AM, and will conclude on Friday, March 4, 2022 at 12:00 PM.

For candidates whose filing has already been accepted by the board, that candidate “will be deemed to have filed for the same office” in the May primary, subject to their ability to withdraw in the new filing period, and subject to any court rulings that would impact that candidate’s eligibility.
